Adrian Loud is a Managing Director of Censeo Advisors, LLC.
His work experience includes valuation and advisory services for a variety of engagements such as employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), lost profits and economic damages calculations, transfer pricing, gift and estate tax planning, reasonable compensation studies, fairness and solvency opinions, intangible asset and intellectual property analyses, and financial reporting. His industry experience spans manufacturing, distribution, professional services, sports, retail, real estate, financial services, healthcare, and other sectors.
Prior to founding Censeo Advisors, Adrian was partner-in-charge of the valuation and litigation support services department of a regional accounting firm. Before that, Adrian was a Senior Manager with a national valuation, economic analysis, and financial advisory services firm.
His professional leadership roles include past chairmanship of the Georgia Society of CPA’s Forensics and Valuation Services (FVS) Committee and the DFK Valuation and Litigation Support Services Committee as well as past presidency of the State Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He is a Vice President of The ESOP Association’s New South Chapter and a former member of NACVA’s Standards Board.
Adrian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
Adrian R. Loud, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA, ASA
Troy Ingham is a Managing Director of Censeo Advisors, LLC.
Troy’s work experience includes valuation and advisory services used in connection with tax planning and filing, transactions in minority and controlling interests, fairness opinions, recapitalizations, stock purchase plans, buy-sell agreements, corporate and shareholder planning, employee stock ownership plans (“ESOP”), S-corporation conversions, and marital and corporate litigation, among others.
His broad industry experience spans across many industries and sectors.
Troy has also testified as an expert in business valuation on several occasions, including as an expert in business valuation before the Internal Revenue Service in U.S. Tax Court.
Prior to joining Censeo Advisors, Troy was a partner and member of the Board of Directors of MPI, where he managed a team of professionals engaged in the preparation of financial and economic analyses and evaluations of closely held securities. He was also responsible for client service and business development strategies throughout the Southeast.
Troy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a minor in economics from The College of New Jersey. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation of the American Society of Appraisers.

Rhett Farris is a Vice President of Censeo Advisors, LLC.
His experience includes valuation and advisory services across a variety of engagement types, including employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) valuations, fairness opinions, intangible asset and intellectual property valuations, financial reporting, estate tax and gift planning valuations, lost profits and economic damages calculations, valuation review, stock option valuations, warrants valuations, and complex capital structure allocations.
He has participated in assignments spanning numerous industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, defense, staffing, financial services, gaming, healthcare, logistics, pharmaceuticals, construction, retail, technology, software, heavy equipment rental, telecommunications, and food service.
Prior to joining Censeo Advisors in 2014, Rhett was a managing consultant and head of the valuation group of a regional litigation consulting firm. There he focused on forensic accounting and commercial damages calculations stemming from fraud, contract breaches, and trademark and patent infringements. Rhett also has experience as an investment advisor with a large financial services firm.
Rhett received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration in finance and financial risk from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at The University of Alabama.
Rhett Farris, CFE
James Cook is a Vice President of Censeo Advisors, LLC.
He has had significant experience across a broad range of project types including business combinations, joint ventures, real estate valuations, personal property valuations, valuation review assignments, depreciation studies, lease valuations, bankruptcy-related valuations, impairment testing and other commercial valuations.
His industry experience includes: healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, real estate, utilities, technology, mining and exploration, renewable energy, off-shore drilling, and retail.
James is also a licensed certified general real property appraiser in the state of Georgia.
Prior to joining Censeo Advisors, James was a senior manager in the valuation practice of a “Big Four” accounting firm, with experience in Atlanta, London and Tokyo. James also has experience as an associate at a boutique investment bank and as a civilian engineer with the U.S. Navy. James earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and his M.B.A. in finance from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
