On December 2, 2021, Adrian Loud was pleased to present at the 2021 NACVA Georgia Chapter Annual Meeting. Adrian and co-presenter Kyle Wishing, CFA, ASA of Willamette Management Associates updated NACVA membership on valuation issues that continue to be front and center in Employee Stock Ownership Programs (ESOP) transactions and legal disputes.
One topic of discussion focused on regulatory and best practice trends, including fiduciary process agreements and common issues raised by DOL/plaintiff’s bar. An update was also given on the Pizzella v. Vinoskey and Walsh v. Bowers cases. Members enjoyed a dynamic discussion followed by Q&A.
